Teaching in times of the Pandemic

Making modules, preparing online activities, and online meetings are a few of the hurdles teachers experience during this time of the pandemic. As a teacher myself, I had moments of doubts. I'm not really a tech-savvy person but I learned to use different applications and programs I didn't know before. Here are some apps teachers use in online teaching. 1. Zoom - this application is used for video or audio conferencing, meetings, and webinars.  2. OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) - we use this application in making pre-corded videos about our lessons. 3. Youtube - we uploaded our pre-recorded videos on youtube 4. Messenger- most of the parents use messenger app in communicating wit the teachers, As a Math teacher, I usually visit the following websites. These websites provide materials and games for learning. 1. mathplayground.com 2. splashlearn.com

Creative Classroom Display

Creative Classroom Display Have you been thinking of a new look for your classroom? πŸ’ Tired of planning for other classroom concepts? 😫 Here's a glimpse πŸ‘€ of my classroom this school year. I hope it gives you some ideas on planning out your classroom displays for the next school years to come.  You can also plan for the first day of school activities in which you can let the pupils design and take part in your classroom designing. This will give them a sense of ownership and make them feel that they belong to your class. It would also be a good opportunity to bond with your students as well as create friendships and camaraderie inside the classroom.😊 my theme this year is tropical huts and coconuts.... yes... I like flowers😍 the shop window design is a reused item from last year's motif
